By using this website, creating an account, submitting information or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies that apply to the relevant service. If you do not agree, please do not use the affected feature. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business enquiries and purchases. Information you provide should be accurate and sufficient for TIME GHAR to respond or fulfil the requested service.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, misuse another account, scrape content unlawfully or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

TIME GHAR aims to present product titles, specifications, prices, warranties and availability accurately. Product details may be updated, and an inadvertent error or omission may occasionally occur.

Product images are intended to show the item clearly. Colour, finish, scale and appearance may vary reasonably because of lighting, photography, screen settings, production batches or packaging. Such reasonable display differences do not change any rights available for a materially wrong or defective product.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Availability, promotional pricing and offers may change. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that stock remains available when an order is confirmed.

If a material pricing, specification or availability error is identified before fulfilment, TIME GHAR will explain it and may correct the information, offer an appropriate alternative or cancel the affected item. Any payment collected for an item that cannot be supplied will be refunded.

A website or WhatsApp enquiry does not by itself guarantee stock or create a completed order.

TIME GHAR confirms the relevant product, price, availability, shipping and payment arrangement as part of the order process. Where online payment is available, it is processed through the applicable third-party payment provider. Orders may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, an evident error, failed payment, suspected misuse or an unserviceable destination, with an explanation where appropriate.

Shipping charges, estimated delivery times, courier circumstances and delay assistance are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside TIME GHAR's reasonable control.

Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancellation Policy. Product return, exchange, evidence, inspection, shipping-cost and refund rules are governed by our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms and should be read before making a request.

Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product. Their coverage, exclusions and service procedures are controlled by the relevant manufacturer's written terms. TIME GHAR's assistance and current general warranty periods are explained in the Warranty Policy.

Where account features are available, you are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and device secure and for activity performed through your session. Notify TIME GHAR if you reasonably believe your TIME GHAR account is being used without permission. Account and sign-in information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or private material. By submitting review text or an image, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and permit TIME GHAR to display it for customer-information purposes.

Reviews may be moderated, edited for clear administrative corrections, withheld or removed where they breach these terms, reveal private information or cannot reasonably be published. Approval is not guaranteed. Review information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

The TIME GHAR name, website presentation, original text and other content owned by TIME GHAR may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product names, trademarks and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products.

The website may use or link to services operated by others, including Google sign-in, WhatsApp, map, courier and payment services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. TIME GHAR remains responsible for its own obligations but does not control the independent operation of a third-party service.

TIME GHAR will take reasonable care in operating the website and fulfilling confirmed obligations. To the extent permitted by law, it is not responsible for indirect loss or for interruption, delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject always to any forum or remedy available under mandatory consumer law.
