Warranty Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Warranty coverage depends on the individual brand and product. We help you with the process wherever a warranty applies.
- Warranty depends on brand and product
- Manufacturer terms apply
- Keep your invoice and warranty card
What is covered
Warranty coverage depends on the individual brand/product. There is no single warranty period that applies to everything we sell.
For watches, warranty is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms wherever applicable. The same principle applies to clocks and other products — the brand's own terms decide what is covered and for how long.
What to keep
To make a warranty claim straightforward, please retain:
- your invoice
- the warranty card
- the original packaging, where applicable
Raising a warranty claim
Contact us with your invoice details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the brand's process and help you reach the right service point.
Typically outside warranty
Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or repairs and alterations carried out elsewhere. The brand's own terms are the final word on this.
For anything that is not a warranty matter, see our Return & Refund Policy.
